The Brief
To design and produce a detailed workbook to accompany on-site training sessions.

The Diageo Bar Academy is an initiative to “Raise the Bar”. The Academy works with selected bars and bartenders to train and develop professional capabilities and heighten the standards of the guest experience in these bars.

The foundation course focused on three areas
•    Category and product knowledge
•    The art of great service
•    Essential skills, tools and techniques

Our Approach
We wanted the style of the design to be clean and modern so it was easily usable as a practical education tool. The book features multiple spirits brands across multiple categories so we created a clean-cut design that would be considerate to this.

Client Feedback
The book received an internal award for best piece of trade marketing for the year.
